Posh location conveniently close to convenience stores but a 20 minute walk to the Sky Train. Individual staff members were helpful and the hotel taxi to the airport good value being only 20% more than a metered taxi. However, stains on sheets and upholstery and crumbs on the floor. Our room was very cramped with the foot of our king sized bed only 50 cm from the wall so we had to go single file to cross the room.
The rooms with balcony was big and airy.
Breakfast was limited in options but very tasty.
Pool area very nice
Location wise it was on a very busy street with anything you want or need within walking distance.

The rooms are extremely run down and dirty. They look nothing like their photos. The lobby is very deceiving, because it looks really nice and newly renovated. Once you get to the rooms, however, you'll find them worn and dirty, worse than most motels. I don't understand how other people have given this a 4 out of 5 stars. For this price in Bangkok, you can get a way nicer hotel.
Stay away, don't let the photos deceive you
We had an issue with the water pressure and temperature from our shower. Pleng was very helpful in assisting us and switched us to a different room. She also included breakfast for the both of us at no additional charge. The initial room could use work but the second room was very clean and everything worked well.

The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful. The rooms are well sized. The breakfast spread has all the required options.
There is a Tops store just downstairs and a Seven11 opposite to the hotel.
I strongly recommend this property if you wish to stay in the center of Bangkok but less crowd.
Great hotel for family and friends. Rooms are spacious, clean and price wise is still totally worth it! Front desk named “Pleng” is also very helpful and friendly with us too, we have no problem communicating with her.
Great location near Thalia Club and Route 66; you could literally walk if you wanted to. Staff were friendly, speaks great English and the entire place is clean. Very good location for the location and amenities. Decent gym and infinity pool on the top floor. They have a restaurant in the lobby, as well as two convenience stores right downstairs if you're feeling peckish in the middle of the night.
